Simply dial into the system from any touch tone phone and enter your assigned extension and password and leave your recorded update.
Your team then calls and enters the assigned extension to hear your recorded message…it’s that simple.

Same as Option 1 with voicemail capabilities

Record your message – your message is then delivered to your entire team’s phone numbers
If an answering machine picks up, it will leave your recorded message, if a person picks up; they will here your recorded message, if no one is home and there isn't an answering machine, the system will call back every 15 minutes
